BOUQUET: Intriguing bouquet with floral notes of rose and violet, with hints of black pepper, blackberry, pomegranate and wild-strawberries.
TASTE: Elegant and pleasant, characterized by a good acidity that gives freshness and pleasantness. Excellent sensation of fresh fruit in closing.
STORAGE: Cool and dry environment, preferably in the dark, with standing bottles. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before opening. It is advisable to uncork the bottle 10 minutes before serving.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 12°-13°C.
GLASS: Large tulip.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif and with menus based on fish, raw seafood and shellfish, interesting with sushi, white meats and soft cheeses.

VINIFICATION: After a careful selection in the vineyard, the best grapes are brought to the cellar, gently pressed at a pressure of one bar and immediately refrigerated at 16 ° C. 
The high quality grape must obtained is prepared for fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a temperature of 16/18 ° C for about 15/18 days. Refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks at a highly controlled temperature.
